Omega 7 and Weight Loss – Truth or Hoax?

Omega 7 is a fatty acid which can be found freely in nature in a series of fruits, vegetables, and even meat. One of the best sources for this fatty acid is fish, especially salmon, and when it comes to plants it can be found in sea buckthorne, avocado, and pomegranate. A bunch of other fruits and fish contain this essential oil, but are harder to include into a regular daily diet as needed.

For this reason, dietary supplements have been created which contain the ideal daily necessary amount of omega 7 needed by the human body in order to function correctly. Moreover, the manufacturers of these supplements claim that supplementing on a daily basis with this compound will lead to extra fat burning properties at cellular level, thus leading to weight loss.

Ultra Omega Burn is such a dietary supplement. The great thing about this product is that it contains only pure extracted omega 7, with no other additives, colorants, or toxins. This means that the ingredient is in its purest form and you know what to expect.

On top of this, it contains the necessary daily quantity of omega 7 needed by adults. As a side note, this is a weight loss supplement intended for adult use. All the nutritional information about this product is displayed on the website and on the individual bottle of Ultra Omega Burn.

The claims made by the manufacturer of Ultra Omega Burn seem to be backed up by both clinical trials and customer reviews. The majority of customers who have tried this product for at least a month have declared that they have witnessed real weight loss results.

Typically, if a user takes Ultra Omega Burn on a daily basis as recommended, the weight lost after just the first 30 days will be between 5 and 8 pounds. Of course, these results come only after this product is coupled with a balanced meal plan and a regular exercise routine.

Weight loss results will not come on their own when using this product, as it is impossible. The Omega 7 fatty acid present in this diet pill does have fat burning properties. It can boost your metabolism and increase, at a cellular level, your ability to burn fat faster and convert it into energy.

Moreover, you will experience a diminishment of unwanted food cravings after taking this dietary supplement. It will make you want to crave less junk food and focus more on eating healthy, and, above all, no more than you need. In short, it helps you keep your caloric intake in check, and not overeat.

Omega 7 - Great Health Benefits From A Small Supplement

What is Omega 7?

Omega 7 is an essential fatty acid which is critical for the functioning of the human body, both on a long term and short term basis. Science has confirmed, through multiple clinical trials and tests, that omega 7 indeed possesses a series of medical benefits which cannot be ignored or overlooked.

Taken on a daily basis, these fatty acids can boost your entire health and also help you lose weight as well. Omega 7 can be found freely, in nature, within a number of fruits and vegetables. Ideally, we should include omega 7 foods which are packed with these fatty acids into our daily diet, but most people do not have the time or the knowledge in order to achieve this.

Omega 7 Supplements

Because most people do not have the time, energy, or resources to establish for themselves a proper, omega 7 rich diet, certain supplements have been developed which provide the ideal necessary dosage of this fatty acid in just one capsule.

Ultra Omega Burn is one of these supplements, and it is the global leader in the industry for Omega 7 dietary supplements. This product is made from pure, legally extracted omega 7 fatty acid, in a capsule form.

No other toxins, chemicals, additives or colorants have been added to Ultra Omega Burn, only the pure ingredient for which you purchased it for. Because of its compact form, this product can be easily transported in your pocket so you can have your daily omega 7 boost on the go, or you can simply keep it at home and take it every morning before leaving for work.

Omega 7 Benefits

The benefits of taking omega 7 supplements on a daily basis can be applied for each individual who chooses to do so, no matter the gender, age, race, or other criteria. Taken daily, these fatty acids will actively help you lose weight and reach your target fitness goals.

Together with a balanced diet, omega 7 will help you lose weight, boost your immune system, feel more energetic for the entire day, burn off the extra fat from those hard to tone places on your body, and boost your overall quality of life.

Is Omega Ultra Burn Effective?

Still trying to get rid of the extra pounds that were the result of the unbalanced diets or sweets cravings? If so, look, here is the good news. Consumption of fish oil may help you lose weight more easily as it is rich in Omega fatty acids.

Japanese researchers have discovered that Omega fatty acids in fish oil turn fat cells into energy, therefore, leading to weight loss.

Exercises associated with fish oil supplementation are effective in lowering body fat levels and regulating cholesterol. It is extremely important for fish oil to be free from food, especially if we take into account that the number of "good" fat cells decreases as we age.

"We knew from previous research that fish oil has enormous health benefits, including preventing fat accumulation. We have tested whether fish oil and the increase in the number of cells specific to brownish fat are related," said Dr. Teruo Kawada of Kyoto University.

Omega Fatty Acids For Weight Loss
There are two kinds of fat in the body - the white and the brown ones. White fat, usually found around the waist and brown is a type of fat that burns calories to produce heat and can help weight loss.

For example, when the body is exposed to low temperatures, the brown burns calories, unlike the white one, which stores them. Only 50 grams of brown fat can burn around 500 calories a day.

Babies have a lot of brown fat but, as they age older, it decreases in quantity, which may be one of the causes that make older people fatter.

Researchers have until recently considered that brown fat disappears as we age, but it has been discovered in the meantime that we also have a certain amount of this beneficial fat in maturity.

First, the team tracked the weight of some fat-fed guinea pigs for four months.

Then, when their diet was supplemented with fish oil, the guinea pigs fell by up to 10% in weight and lost almost 25% of the fat.

But there is another big benefit of eating fish and omega 3 fatty acids - you live longer.

It's been known for decades that people in countries like Japan, who eat frequent fish, tend to have a long life.

Researchers at Kyoto University explain: "People have long considered the food in Japan and the Mediterranean to contribute to longevity, but why these cuisines are so beneficial remains to be explored. Now we have a better understanding of what could be explication".

Omega fatty acids found in fat fish oil are known for a number of health benefits, from maintaining blood pressure to a healthy level until slowing down Alzheimer's disease.

Omega fatty acids have the ability to influence the production of inflammatory molecules, helping to suppress triglycerides, thus restoring the balance and normal functioning of processes involved in increasing nerve cell counts.

Omega 7 in fish oil
Omega 7 fatty acid is the best one when it comes to weight loss. Recently, many slimming pills manufacturers turned to Omega 7 as the main ingredient.

The palmitoleic acid in Omega 7 is the one involved in weight loss. Palmitoleic acid is inhibiting the adipose cells production so storage in the body.

One of the most popular omega 7 supplement is Ultra Omega Burn for weight loss.

Besides, weight loss properties, Omega 7 is still beneficial for other conditions. Keep reading.

  • For the eyes
Many people suffer from stinging sensations caused by a too dry eye, especially after long hours of use of the computer.

Omega 7, when consumed daily for 3 months reduces the symptoms of stinging and redness and contributes to the health of the eye system.

In the long run, this remedy proves far superior to the use of eye drops.

  • For women at menopause
Menopause is an extremely difficult time for women, during which there is a long series of changes both inside and outside that can result in a general health below the normal level.

Omega 7 has an excellent effect on the health of the digestive system and the reproductive system.

  • Prevention and treatment of ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux

Reflux is a very unpleasant condition, and many people who have this problem are always required to keep medication to control symptoms. Omega 7 acid calms the digestive tract mucosa, healing and thus preventing gastric ulcers, but also the gastric reflux.

In a clinical study in patients with heart disease, it has been shown that ingesting omega 7 daily for 5 weeks significantly reduces cholesterol levels in the blood and improves long-term heart health.

Studies on the effects of Omega 7 on patients suffering from heart conditions are still at a preliminary stage.
  • Preventing liver problems
Antioxidant properties of Omega 7 make it one of the most effective ways to reduce the concentration of toxins in the liver and to protect it against long-term problems by normalizing enzymes and functioning of the bile.

  • Anti-aging effect
Omega 7 promotes hydration, elasticity, and regeneration of the skin, maintaining a youthful look for a long time.

  • Skin health
Many experts recommend omega 7 to heal skin lesions, especially burns or serious acne.

Due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect, it helps in the treatment and prevention of skin problems, including rarer chronic conditions, such as rosacea.

Omega 7 for weight loss – Is it really working?

Fortunately, the question of the usefulness of Omega 3 fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA, is no longer debated today in the world of dietary supplements. Numerous and serious scientific studies have come to support the arguments that Omega 3 not only contribute to health but that their ergogenic properties are quite astonishing, if not unexpected. However, we shouldn't be forgetting the Omega 7 fatty acids which has three main representatives, palmitoleic acid (or 9-Hexadecenoic acid, monounsaturated), trans-vaccenic acid (or 11-octadecenoic acid) and paullinic acid (or 13-eicosenoic acid, also of the family of monounsaturated fatty acids), and which seems to be beneficial from reducing heart attacks risks to weight loss. Omega 7 for weight loss – Is it really working?

Omega 7 components

The paullinic acid is quite rare, as it is found in particular in some plants such as Guarana, from which comes its name (Paullinia cupana in Latin).

Trans-vaccenic acid is part of the family of unsaturated fatty acids, and it is the main trans fatty acid found in human milk. Even without really knowing it, we know what this Omega 7 is since we have all consumed it.

Omega 7 palmitoleic acid has interesting properties for the health of athletes.
On the other hand, what interests me more particularly here concerns the palmitoleic acid, in particular for its properties.
It is found in Macadamia oil, seabuckthorn, and anchovy oil, as well as in salmon, beef and chicken meat (in low amounts, however), and in other plants and vegetables.

Omega 7 palmitoleic acid

Palmitoleic acid is also a very common fatty acid in humans, constituting glycerides of our adipose tissue. Beneficial to our health for the reasons I will discuss in this article, Omega 7 fatty acid palmitoleic acid is synthesized in the liver from palmitic acid with the help of an enzyme called delta-9 desaturase.

However, the results of studies are in favor of an interest to Omega 7 supplements.

Palmitoleic acid is known to reduce insulin resistance and fat accumulation which indirectly, could be beneficial to athletic performance, at least for amateur and regular athletes who make up the majority of athletes, but high-level athletes would do well to know the properties as well.

Palmitoleic acid fights against metabolic syndrome. Seabuckthorn, for example, as the main source of Omega 7 Palmitoleic acid, can be interesting for people, because it could, according to recent scientific research, help reduce what is called the metabolic syndrome.

The metabolic syndrome is linked to health-related problems, due to a deficient organic metabolism. This syndrome includes many diseases such as type 2 diabetes, of course, but also cardiovascular disorders or strokes (cerebral vascular attacks). Some voices say that Omega 7 palmitoleic acid fights against metabolic-related cancers such as colon cancer and other forms of cancers.

In April 2014, the American magazine Life Extension published an article entitled Omega 7 Protects Against Metabolic Syndrome. The article in question deals with the ability of the palmitoleic acid to treat the various factors involved in the metabolic syndrome such as insulin resistance, cholesterol imbalance with high triglyceride levels against low HDL cholesterol, high blood pressure, chronic inflammation, and obesity.

According to the researchers, the advantage of this Omega 7 is undeniable in the sense that it would act with a proven effectiveness by clinical experience but without the undesirable side effects that could present the multiple drugs developed to treat these symptoms.

But the most surprising is certainly the mode of action of the palmitoleic acid itself.

Omega 7 for weight loss – Is it really working?

According to the research, this Omega 7 acid would act as a signal molecule that would facilitate communication between adipose tissue and the muscles of our body. This particular feature makes the Omega 7 in question the first identified lipokine, a fatty acid acting as a hormone between distant tissues to ensure optimal use of energy and its use.

According to the Life Extension article cited earlier, the researchers discovered that palmitoleic acid would act in 5 distinct ways to reduce the dangerous effects of the metabolic syndrome such as:

l  A reduction in insulin resistance and a decrease in blood glucose level
l  A reduction in fat production and its accumulation
l  Normalization of abnormal lipid profiles with elevated HDL cholesterol
l  Positive action against obesity
l  A powerful suppression of inflammation that leads to metabolic syndrome - This factor is perhaps one of the most interesting because, as you know, there is a close relationship between adipose tissue and chronic inflammation generally associated with metabolic syndrome. This connection is linked to an enzyme known as stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 or SCD1. When scientists reduced SCD1 activity in their tests on lab animals, the rate of inflammation of their adipose tissue dropped as their sensitivity to insulin progressively increased.

In the laboratory, the administration of Omega 7 produced the same effects, with a significant reduction of cytokines in relation to inflammation of adipose tissue.

Omega 7 palmitoleic acid has a statistically significant anti-inflammatory effect.
As the researchers point out, most of the beneficial anti-inflammatory effects come from the ability of Omega 7 to deactivate NF-KappaB protein (Nuclear Factor Kappa B), the main protein that regulates stress reactions.

Similarly, a pilot study on adults with high levels of C-reactive protein ( a blood marker of inflammation) supplemented with 210 mg of Omega 7, received a significant reduction of 73% of this marker.

These results were then expanded through a larger scale randomized clinical trial, in which all patients had abnormally high levels of C-reactive protein (abbreviated to CRP) (greater than 3 mg/dL of blood plasma). In this study, 30 days of supplementation with 210 mg/day of palmitoleic acid resulted in a significant decrease in CRP of 1.9 mg/dL – a 43% reduction in this marker of cardiovascular risk.

Last but not least, the Omega 7 has many beneficial effects on blood glucose and insulin.
The researchers found that when type 2 diabetic mice were supplemented with Omega 7 fatty acids, they had lower blood glucose and triglyceride levels. At the same time, insulin resistance and liver fat deposits were significantly reduced.

In fact, a high rate of liver fat is considered a key factor of metabolic syndrome, and it is also a leading cause of non-alcoholic liver disease. The mice also experienced a decrease in diabetes-related weight gain, with reduced levels of inflammatory cytokines.

Best sources of Omega 7 palmitoleic acid.

Omega 7 palmitoleic acid is mostly found in seabuckthorn. Consumption of this plant can be done in form of tea or syrup.

However, the best way to get the needed amounts of Omega 7 palmitoleic acid in order to lose weight or fight metabolic syndrome is to supplement your diet with dietary supplements, such as Ultra Omega Burn weight loss supplement. Ultra Omega Burn is different from other Omega 7 supplements because it is containing Omega 7 palmitoleic acid in its purest form.

Besides weight loss help it offers, Ultra Omega Burn is also beneficial in
l  Reducing inflammation
l  Improving skin health
l  Reduces depression symptoms
l  Improving digestion
l  Promoting cardiovascular systems health
l  Supporting against diabetes-related conditions and metabolic-related problems

Conclusion on Omega 7

I must admit that it would be better for the health of many of us to use more often this Omega 7, even if it has taken in parallel with Omega 3 or 6 fatty acids. Indeed, research has established that palmitoleic acid has beneficial effects on the majority of factors related to the metabolic syndrome, which is already exceptional in itself.

Omega 7 supplements such as Ultra Omega Burn slimming pills are offering lots of health benefits besides the main purpose of them as weight loss supplements. For example, Ultra Omega Burn is advertised as a weight loss pill, however, it brings all the benefits of its only ingredient, namely, the Omega 7 palmitoleic acid. Even though Omega 7 can be ingested from natural sources, supplementation with this fatty acid is definitely necessary when dealing with metabolic-related issues, type II diabetes, or weight problems.

Omega 7 for weight loss – Is it really working? The answer is yes, definitely, and there are studies that have proven this fact.
